Ray Blackwell, the owner of the K-9 Academy, possesses over 33 years of experience in law enforcement, including 25 years as a police officer and 8 years as a military police officer. He has extensive expertise in K-9 operations, having served in various protection details for high-ranking officials. His training proficiency encompasses obedience, tracking, explosives, and narcotics detection, among other areas.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American InterContinental University and has completed numerous military and law enforcement training programs. He has also served as an instructor in multiple capacities and has received specialized training in explosive detection and incident response to terrorism.
